    Isn't there like a option when you right click the desktop screen and select Screen Resolution (or something, it's in dutch for me so I'm not sure what it exactly says in english on Windows)?

    I think, that's just a matter of quality.
    Like if you search up: Interfacelift.com you can choose different download sizes and I guess just the one with the highest amount of pixels for width should work. Not sure about that though.
    Take this one for example: http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/D129b5d4/02771_sunsetflames_3072x768.jpg very wide, should work but it's all a matter of size I think

    it just takes the picture, resizes it for one screen, then duplicates it :/
    there has to be some trick to it. i'll figure it out
