A friend linked me to this website. And yes this does work, it's basicly a website were you earn credits and then you can buy graphic resources for them. I signed up, but couldn't go any further because of the requirement to invite friends. I think it is useful as a prompt (like Facebook and Twitter do) but most people would prefer to skip that step and explore before committing.
You don't have to invite friends. You just get some rewards for doing so. You can download some free stuff just lick on the tag on right side.
