For the text. try overlapping insane on top of colours, and defacto barely overlapping colours as well. IMPO, this is WAY too busy. My focus is on the vectors on the top, and not on the girl

I agree with Buzz, it is a very busy piece but I find it appealing.
I also like V2 better as the lighting effect adds a little something to it (:

V2 has better lighting though it still looks kinda weird. I feel like it should be more overall and not in such a striaght line.

It seems you were going for crazy over the top vectors around her, but it is a bit much.

Maybe lower the opacity on some? and there's not much depth either.

i like V2 :o

maybe if you spread the lighting over the whole sig, it would add a little more somthing to it? the contrast between the top and the bottom is a little too much for me, not to mention, everytime i look at it, the first thing i notice is that butterfly looking thing at the top >.>
